It was called after just 53 votes separated Paul Kehoe of Fine Gael and Johnny Mythen of Sinn Fein for the last seat.
Brendan Howlin, Mick Wallace and James Browne all exceeded the quota and were elected on Saturday
While Michael D'Arcy of Fine Gael didn't reach the quota, it is expected he will take the 4th seat.
