Britain's Prince Andrew will face a civil sex case trial after a US judge dismissed a motion by his legal team to have the lawsuit thrown out.
The royal is being sued by Virginia Giuffre, who claims he "committed sexual assault and battery" upon her when she was a teen.
She also alleges that she was trafficked by the now-deceased Jeffrey Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17-years-old.
Prince Andrew has always denied the claims.

A judge in America has now decided he will face a civil trial, after hearing arguments from both sides.
