Over one million 99s sold in Ireland during the heatwave

More than a million 99s have been sold around the country during the heatwave.

According to Musgrave MarketPlace, the sale of the ice-cream cones increased by 134% from last year.

Instant barbecues and charcoal sales also increased - along with burgers, chicken and hot dog buns.
