One person dead as car drives into crowd in Berlin

Police say one person has died after a car drove into a crowd of people in western Berlin.

A driver's been arrested and officers say they don't yet know if it was an accident or a deliberate act.

Firefighters say around 30 people have been injured in the incident.

Actor John Barrowman was in the vicinity in Berlin at the time of the incident.

He believes he saw a terrorist attack and shared his experience on Twitter.
