Three parks in the region and a further five in the rest of the country have been forced to close following ex-hurricane Ophelia.
The closures have been made over public safety concerns.
Those closed as of 13:30 on Tuesday, October 17th are:
- Wexford Reserve
- Raven Nature Reserve, Co. Wexford
- Ballykeeffe Wood, Co. Kilkenny
- St Gobnait’s Wood, Co. Cork
- Knocksink Wood, Co. Wicklow
- Grantstown Wood, Co. Laois
- Tomnafinnoge Wood, Co. Wicklow
- Some tracks in Wicklow Mountains National Park
