The no-swimming-ban at Duncannon Beach has been lifted, as test results confirm Excellent Water Quality
Wexford County Council issued the No Swimming advice on Monday last, following the detection of slightly elevated levels of microbiological contamination.
In a statement, the council says that the beach is once more suitable for swimming, "assures the public that the highly popular South Wexford Blue-Flag Beach is very much open for business once again."
