There will be no leadership challenge against Micheál Martin at the Fianna Fail think-in in Cavan today.
That's according to the committee of TDs which authored the report on the party's electoral failures in recent years.
The report found members felt the party had no clear identity and that some parliamentary party members were portraying a negative narrative in the media.
Almost 3,000 members contributed to this report which will be the main topic of discussion on the first day of the party's think-in today.
Younger members in particular were critical about engagement with voters on social media during the general election.
Junior Minister and Waterford TD Mary Butler, who was on the committee, says the Taoiseach's leadership won't be called into question today.
"I've spoken to many colleagues and I don't see that happening - I think members of the party both TDs and Senators, want the opportunity to have their say - and we haven't been able to do that because of the format of the Zoom meetings."
"People have concerns with the direction of the party in the last few years and they are entitled to do that."
"I absolutely don't expect a leadership challenge."
