Met Eireann has this morning issued a Status Yellow Alert for counties Waterford, Cork and Kerry.
The Status Yellow Rainfall Warning is in place from 6pm this evening until 6pm tomorrow.
The forecaster warns that heavy rain will lead to accumulations between 25mm and 50mm. Spot flooding is possible. There is the potential for higher values in mountainous areas.
