A walk to raise money for St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny is taking place in County Carlow this weekend.
The family of Lorraine Doyle from Leiglinbridge, have organised it for the Nore Ward at the facility.
Lorraine, a mother-of-three, passed away there last month after a road traffic accident in May of this year and a GoFundMe has already surpassed €10,000.
The walk will take place on Sunday the 27th November, at 12 noon.
People will take part in one of Lorraine's favourite walking routes from Leighlinbridge through Bagenalstown, on to the Parlour in The Royal Oak for refreshments.
Beat's News Editor Dean Egan sat down with Lorraine's husband James to find out more.
