It's not uncommon to go home from a days work and think you could have handled your work quicker, or stronger, or more professionally.

But could you imagine going home from work one day after being told you were zero craic and not to come back?

Well there's one guy who knows exactly how that feels.

A man has won a case against his employer who fired him for being 'boring'.

A court in France heard he was unfairly dismissed because he wouldn't join colleagues in the pub.

The man, referred to as 'Mr. T', was branded 'boring', 'square' and 'difficult to work with' by managers at a training company in Paris.

According to Times Now, the social aspect of working at the business was established among some employees.

"The court said that the company couldn't make him "forcibly participate in meet-ups and weekend drinks that frequently ended up in excessive alcohol intake, harassment by colleagues who made very large quantities of alcohol available."
"The 'fun' events would also mean sometimes sharing a bed with colleagues after drinking along with "humiliating and intrusive practices regarding privacy."
It was ruled that Mr T had a fundamental right to dignity and respect for his private life.
