A farm accident in Kilkenny this evening has left one man dead and another seriously injured.
The incident happened just before half six on a farm in Ballycallan. It is believed the two men were using a loader when an accident took place involving the vehicle's bucket. The deceased man is in his 60s, while the injured man received a serious but non-life threatening leg injury.
The Health and Safety Authority is due to visit the scene tomorrow morning and carry out an investigation.
