Gardaí in Dungarvan have charged a 26 year old man in connection with the murder of a Waterford pensioner.
90 year old Paddy Lyons was found dead at his home in Ballysaggart on Saturday the 25th of February.
Gardai investigating the murder arrested the man on Monday 27th of February.
He will appear before Dungarvan District Court at 10.30 this morning.
