Man and woman arrested after suspect device found in house

Gardaí have arrested a man and a woman in their fifties following the search of a house in Drogheda.

The Army Bomb Disposal unit is examining a suspect device found at a house in Marley Court.

The area has been sealed off and nearby homes have been evacuated.

Substances believed to be cocaine and amphetamines were also seized.
