A man in his 70s has died after a fire broke out in a house in Co Tipperary in the early hours of this morning,
Gardaí and local fire services arrived at the scene on River Street, Clonmel shortly after 6.30am.
The man was pronounced dead at the site and his body has been removed to the Mortuary at Tipperary University Hospital.
Gardaí say no foul play is suspected.
