A man is due before Kilkenny District Court this morning following an incident at yesterday's Rás na mBan cycle race.
The male (31) was arrested after walking onto the road in front of a cyclist.
The incident happened at 2.20pm and caused two females to fall off their bikes, resulting in injury.
They were taken to St. Lukes General Hospital and Gardaí say they have since been released.
