Gardai investigating the murders of Aidan Moffitt and Michael Snee in Sligo this week have charged a man in his 20s.
The suspect - a man in his 20s - was arrested at half past 1 yesterday morning under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
Gardai had 24 hours to question him, and this afternoon have confirmed he has been charged.
42-year-old Aidan Moffitt and Michael Snee, who was 58, were found dead at their homes earlier this week, having suffered significant physical injuries.

The man charged is due before Sligo District Court this afternoon.
