A major Christmas and New Year road safety appeal is being launched today.
Minister Shane Ross, the Road Safety Authority and the Gardai will join together to reveal details of plans to tackle high-risk behaviour on our roads over the holiday.
A joint Garda briefing will also analyse details of previous road traffic collisions and fatalities for 2017.
