Plans have been resubmitted for a major redevelopment of a filling station in Clonmel, County Tipperary.
The county council rejected the original application for the works at the amber site on the Waterford Road.
However, the company have re-applied for planning permission with a decision due on the 12th of March.
The updated plans include a convenience shop, seated café area and an outdoor seated area.
