Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny and Tipperary will be without an ISPCC facility from December.
35 people currently volunteer at the Waterford premises who mentor some 20 families and receive up to 30,000 calls a year through Childline.
The facility will close by 1st December due to lack of government funding.
