LISTEN: Voting opened in the next phase of the Junk Kouture competition today

Doireann Garrihy and Louis Walsh with students from secondary schools across Ireland pictured when details were announced of the Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture 2019 Competition, Picture Brian McEvoy No Repro fee for one use Secondary school students from the five regions North, South, East, West and Dublin are invited to enter this year’s competition. Students will need to have their Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture entry design ahead of registration which opens on the 7th of January. Doireann Garrihy will join this year’s judging panel alongside Louis Walsh together with fashion educator and experts Tracey Fahey and Jane Leavey, and former winner LSAD graduate Stephen McLaughlin. Last year we saw a phenomenal 1500 students enter the competition which was whittled down to just 80 for the grand final in 3Arena. Who will be crowned the winner for 2019?
