South East housing prises are on the rise.
That's according to the latest Daft.ie report that shows a nationwide increase of 2.5% during the first three months of the year.
In an interview with Beat's news editor Grace O'Sullivan, Ronan Lyons, Economist at Trinity College Dublin and author of the Daft report, gives the figures in relation to the South East.
