The average house price increases in the South East have been revealed.
The Real Estate Alliance survey looks at the changes in the last three-months.
The largest increase was in Kilkenny - at 10.6 per cent - where the average cost now stands at €182 and a half thousand.
Wexford prices rose by 6.7 per cent, to €160 thousand, while Carlow saw a 3.4 per cent rise to €154 thousand.
Waterford's average price has risen by 2.9 per cent, standing at over €177 thousand.
And the lowest increase in the region was in Tipperary at 0.4 per cent - standing at just under €142 thousand.
