A Kilkenny teenager has established a Unionist Party to help secure British rule for the Republic of Ireland.
Tristan Morrow's Irish Unionist Party (IUP) founded the movement on the belief that Ireland's 32 counties should be under British rule and outside the European Union.
The 19-year-old's family, which originally hails from Northern Ireland, left the north for a life down south after receiving death threats from the IRA.
The IUP's founder says that he has signed up new recruits who are actively aiding the growth of the fledgling party.
The ignorance, bitter belittling of modern Irish politics has made the Irish political stage nothing more than a smug echo chamber.
It has made it hard for independents, new parties and the voices of the people to be heard.

The party also say they are actively fighting for freedom of speech for unionists in the Republic and an end to Belfast and Dublin "ignoring problems outside of the big cities."
Tristian's party has not been without controversy, however, with Tristian's beliefs resulting in death threats; abuse which he told the Kilkenny People "has caused me a lot of issues getting on with my life."
Despite not finding many supporters in his home county, Tristian believes his movement's message of "coexistence" is important enough to keep pushing the ideology.
