The star of Netflix's Tiger King - Joe Exotic - has asked Donald Trump for a pardon so he can be released from jail.
He was jailed in January for various offences - including hiring a hit-man to kill rival Carole Baskin, and violating laws on endangered species.
His solicitors claim that Exotic, whose real name is Joe Maldonado, was wrongly convicted.
Exotic’s zoo, the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park in Oklahoma, closed in August with it to be taken over by Carole Baskin.
CBS news obtained the documents and went into detail on CBS This Morning.
