Twenty new jobs are on the way to Waterford through the National Accounting Technician apprenticeship.
The scheme will see students work four days a week with a local employer and study one day a week at Waterford College of Further Education.
It's open to Leaving Cert and mature students and apprentices will earn at least 18-thousand euro a year.
