Ireland's Best Young Entrepreneur 2016 regional finals take place tonight.
IBYE celebrates the success of business people between the age of 18 and 35.
There are eight regional finals - tonight sees young entrepreneurs representing LEO Wexford, LEO Carlow, LEO Kilkenny and LEO Wicklow.
Among those from the region attending the awards ceremony include;

Co. Wexford based businessman Ronan explained his company to Beat News, "it's a construction portal and network that connects the entire industry.
We help construction businesses with growth, sales and structure.
We share industry leads and knowledge and our aim is to help elevate businesses in the construction industry to the next level."

Gary Flannery - Adrenaline Human Performance Laboratory (HPL)
Adrenaline HPL will use the latest in ‘technology and science’ to provide its customers with a range of health, fitness and performance related services.
Speaking to Beat News Gary said "last September I approached the Enterprise Board in Carlow and spun my idea with the guys in there.
They said that they felt it seemed like a good business and they told me to put a business plan together and approach them - from there things have really gathered speed."

Leanne Nolan - Vow to Wow
Kilkenny based owner of Vow to Wow Leanne told Beat News, "I started about 1 and a half years ago - It's a bridal hair styling business.
We do freelance bridal services all across Ireland.
We travel out to the hotel or the castle - wherever the bride is staying on the morning of her wedding - and look after her whole bridal party.

Jack Harte - Harte Outdoor Lighting
Wexford based Director Jack explained the company's origins to Beat News, "it was set up in 1983 by my father Willy, I suppose from very humble beginnings.
We currently do outdoor lighting in cast iron so more traditional ranges.
He started from his own small foundry outside Enniscorthy and he relocated to New Ross in 90s.
We've been manufacturing and producing in New Ross since the 90s."

Kate Gaynor - Advanced Coatings

Entrepreneur Kate told Beat News, "we're Advanced Coatings, we're based in Co. Carlow.
Nine full-time employees and three part-time.
We sell industrial paint to the industry and now we're expanding and diversifying the business and bringing in decorative paint from Scandinavian brand Tikkurila.

Wexford based businessman Mark explained more to Beat News, "my company is Dynomed - a health care analytics company.
By that we have a mobile health care platform that offers sensors, mobile apps, analytics and services that support people with sleep breathing disorders
Our first product is called SleepPapi - it's for a condition called sleep apnea."
