The ribbon has been cut on a new social housing development in Waterford today.
Minister for Housing, Darragh O'Brien did the honours at Butterfield Drive in Carrickpherish.
A number of families got their keys today, while more will move in over the coming weeks.

The Housing Minister has also launched the Affordable Purchase Scheme for Waterford today.
Earlier this month, three of these housing schemes were approved for the county.
Minister O'Brien says the council's housing department has been working closely with his own.
