House prices in the region see the biggest increase in Waterford

House prices rose by an average of 7.6% in the year to September 2016.

Thats's according to the latest House Price Report released today by Daft.ie.

The national average asking price was €221,000, compared to €205,000 a year ago and €164,000 at its lowest point.

Here in the region;

Waterford City saw the largest price rise at 16%.

Prices rose by 14% in Kilkenny.

9% in Carlow, 8% in Wexford and 4% in Tipperary.
