Hotels are charging up to €1000 for a two night stay this St. Patrick's Day.
Tourists are expected to flock to Ireland again after two years of virtual celebrations to mark our national holiday.
The Irish Independent says that Dublin and Galway are the most in-demand locations, with the cheapest hotel rooms available for between €300 and €400 euro a night.
It quotes the Jury's Inn in Christchurch, Dublin charging €1080 euro for a couple staying from March 17th to 19th.
The same dates €cost 929 euro at Hilton, Kilmainham or €826 at the Maldron on Parnell St.
The same dates at the Galmont in Galway at €845, while the paper says rooms in Cork and Belfast are almost half the price.
