Gardaí in Carlow seized heroin, a knife and a machete over the weekend.
A car was stopped and searched under the misuse of drugs act and approximately €11,000 worth of suspected heroin was found in the vehicle.
Gardaí also found a knife and a machete.
One person was arrested, charged and will appear before the court at a later date.
