John Halligan says securing a 2nd cath lab for University Hospital Waterford is still top priority for him.
The Junior Miniser also joined other local representatives in rejecting the findings of Herity report into cardiac services at UHW.
Mr. Halligan says that the document has been confined to the dustbin.
Meanwhile, a meeting, which has been organised by the South East Patient Advocacy Group over services at the Hospital, is to take place at the Granville Hotel in Waterford this evening at 7:30.

John Halligan says that Minister for Health Simon Harris will be coming to Waterford in the next few weeks and that people should wait for the outcome of that visit.
