Waterford company Grow It Yourself are planning to get Ireland growing thanks to their Christmas initiative.
They've teamed up with energy providers Energia to provide €70,000 in grants for any aspiring community gardeners.
They want to encourage community spirit in Ireland by helping set up food growing projects all across the country.
The event is being launched today at the Headway charity building in Dublin.

The companies will donate a €1,000 garden to their Dublin office to mirror the fantastic use they get from their therapeutic garden at their Cork facility.
Anyone looking to get involved can do so from today until the 31st of January.
