Gardaí have launched an appeal for information on a woman who has been missing since a night out in Waterford city over the weekend.
34-year-old Kathleen Gallagher Lavery had been attending a night out in Itty Bittys bar on Bank Lane in Waterford City on Saturday night (December 17th) prior to going missing.
The last reported CCTV sighting of Kathleen is understood to be in the Newtown area of Waterford city close to the People's Park at approximately 00:30 on Sunday, December 18th.
It is understood that Kathleen was walking home to Williamstown at the time of the CCTV sighting.
She was wearing a long cream faux fur coat and a dark green jumpsuit with silver ankle boots.
She's 5ft 6 with long red hair and green eyes.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Newtown area of Waterford City in the early hours of Sunday morning to contact Waterford Gardai on 051 305300.
Kathleen's friends and family have also launched an extensive online appeal to help locate the missing woman.
