Gardaí are investigating a claim of historical sexual abuse at a children's charity in Waterford.
According to the Irish Examiner, a woman in her 30s made the complaint earlier this year.
The allegation centres on events that are alleged to have taken place at children's group link in the city, almost two decades ago.
A Garda spokesperson told the paper that no arrests have been made and they are awaiting direction from the DPP.
