Gardaí in Carlow are investigating a robbery that occurred at a premises in Sandhills, Pollerton.
The incident occured yesterday evening at approximately 8.30pm.
One male suspect entered premises, producing what appeared to be a handgun and threatened staff.
No one was injured and the man in question made his escape with a sum of money.
