Gardaí from Carlow's Road Policing Unit have arrested a motorist who was found to be under the influence of alcohol and cocaine.
Gardaí took to social media to detail the incident, stating that "some drivers are still not getting the message".
The learner driver was stopped last Monday night (April 22nd) on suspicion of drink and drug driving.
