Safe Food Ireland is hosting a nationwide tour of workshops for small food businesses this week, including locations in the South East.
Safefood experts will cover issues such as bacteria control, hygiene product choice and traceability
The Kilkenny event will take place from 5-8:30PM in the Nnewpark hotel this afternoon, while the Wexford workshop will take place at the same time tomorrow in the Ferrycarrig Hotel
