Temperatures last seen when we had the "Beast from the East" are forecast for tonight.
Met Eireann is predicting that it could be the coldest night of the year so far.
Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather says temperatures could plummet to -10:
"It's going to get very cold."
"Some of the weather models are showing that we could see as low as -10 in some local areas."
"It's going to be widespread, there'll be frost everywhere across the country."
