CyberSafe Ireland's holding 'Cyber Break' from 5 o'clock this evening until 5pm tomorrow.
It wants families to take a break from their screens and to spend the day to connect in other ways.
CyberSafe Ireland, CEO Alex Cooney says it's important people get the balance right, away from devices:
"We've all spent more time online over the last few months as a results of the restrictions from Covid-19."
"I think it's time to take a step back and reassess."
"I'm going to struggle too, but I think it's really important that we do it."
