There's good news for Sheridan insurances.
MML Capital, a €125m equity fund, is to take a 60% stake in the South East based company.
They are one of the country's largest insurance brokers.
Ronan Foley Chief executive of IPB insurances is to take up the role of Chief executive with Ciaran and Donagh Sheridan to stay on as directors of the company.

Sheridan insurances has offices in Wexford, New Ross, Kilkenny and Dublin.
