More than 520 jobs have been announced at professional services firm Ernst & Young.
The jobs will be spread across consulting, audit, tax and corporate finance.
The company already employ 2,500 people at its seven offices here, the two in Dublin and their other offices in Belfast, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford.
Managing partner with EY, Frank O'Keefe, explains where the new positions will come from.
He said: "215 of those jobs will be experienced hires, so people who are already working either in our business around the world or here in Ireland in different businesses.
"305 jobs will be graduates coming into our business and coming into work for the first time."
The jobs will be in areas such as data analytics, IT advisory and transformation, digital strategy, and customer experience.
