A fire has broken out at a derelict building in Waterford.
The blaze broke out sometime in the last 30 minutes at the building beside the Circle K garage on the Dunmore Road.
Emergency services are attending the scene and visibility is poor in the area due to smoke.
It is not known yet if there are any injuries.
