UPDATE:
Power has been restored to the Enniscorthy area of Wexford that was affected this morning while Rosehill in Kilkenny has also got electricity back this evening.
The ESB says lightning strikes knocked out supply to around 2,000 properties last night.

Services in Wexford, Roscommon, Dublin, Limerick, Louth and Donegal are affected.
