This Friday marks the deadline for submissions for this years Best Young Entrepreneur.
The IBYE award aims to support people who have a business idea or have already started a business.
It's open to those under 35 and a share of the €50,000 county investment fund is up for grabs.
County winners will progress to the South East regional finals and could get to the National finals at Google HQ in March 2018.
Jackie Gall, the Senior Enterprise Development Officer in Waterford's Enterprise Office, explains who should go forward:
"Anybody under the age of 35 if you have an idea and you've wanted to see would it work.
"Or if you think it would be successful as a business; that's a good place to start.
"If you started a business and you're under 35 within the last 18 months, that's the start-up category.
"The deadline is this Friday 29th September, so do please think of getting your entries in."
