Dunmore East in Waterford is hosting the country's principals emergency services today.
The Irish Marine Search and Rescue Demo will carry out an off shore search demonstration, followed by an on-board emergency with the LÉ Eithne.
Members of the public are invited to view the demo which gets underway from around 10am on 2nd September.

"On the pier itself we have the RNLI roadshow and the coastguard showing off some of their displays.
"The Civil Defence will have their display and they will be putting their drones into operation to show people how they can search and rescue with the new drones.
"People will be able to come and have a chat with us at the various tents and stands".
