A driving instructor who parked in a disabled bay will need to do some homework following this gaffe.
The instructor parked the training vehicle in a disabled bay along Waterloo Exchange in Dublin 4 while waiting for a student.
A €150 fine was issued.
The person was fined as part of a multi-agency venture, Operation Enable, which aims to clamp down on non-permit holders using disabled parking bays.
Taking to their traffic Twitter feed, Gardaí said: "This driving instructor was ‘taken to school’ for parking in a disabled bay to pick up a student! €150 fixed charge notice issued."
Not a great example for a learner driver.!!
