Gardaí have seized a vehicle after they spotted a driver breaking a red light in Waterford City.
Waterford Roads Policing Unit were on patrol by the Quay when they saw a car drive through a red light.
Officers pulled over the car and found that the driver had no licence or insurance.
Gardaí seized the car and proceedings are to follow.
Taking to Twitter, Gardaí said:
Waterford Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in Waterford City when they saw this car drive through a red light on the Quay. They were stopped and it was found that the driver had no licence or insurance.

This Twitter user says more should be done when people apply for drivers license.
if your gonna drive without a licence and insurance you may as well speed and drive recklessly. probably get an €80 fine and banned for 1 year seriuosly though isnt time for an I.Q test to be included when applying for a licence. cos that right there is a special type of stupid
