Donald Trump says he's "doing well" after spending a second night in hospital being treated for coronavirus.
His doctors have said the US President is responding well to treatment.
But the White House chief of staff told reporters his condition over the last 24 hours was "very concerning" and there's still no clear path to a full recovery.
In a video message on Twitter last night, President Trump says the next few days will be crucial.
