Flanked by his family, he's addressing his supporters at the West Palm Beach Convention Centre in Florida.
He says ''this is a movement like nobody has ever seen before'' and he has made history and overcame obstacles.
He currently sits at 266 electoral college votes, just four off the magic number of 270.
