The Defence Minister says a fire on Curraclow beach in County Wexford yesterday broke out near a mobile home park.
Paul Kehoe's blaming irresponsible behaviour for the massive blaze which has been put out.
25 to 30 acres of sand dunes were under fire with units of the county's fire service on scene, along with gardai, the Air Corps and the ambulance service.
Yesterday, Hundreds of people have been evacuated from the beach.
